In fact I spent countless hours trying to find the perfect workout regimen.Sure, my arms were getting bigger, but I had a flat chest, no definition and my abs were buried under a layer of fat that I couldnt seem to get rid of.I focused on form over weight, putting my ego aside and just learning the movements correctly.I began tracking everything I ate, monitoring how it made me if it made me feel full, hungry, or raunchy inside.

On a side note, I used to work at McDonalds and had an eye opening experience with how many people are addicted to Diet Coke, Coke, and the Sweet Tea. I got a 5 gallon bucket, put about 2 gallons of sugar in, and the other 3 gallons were a mix of tea and water. That means that for every cup of tea a person gets, 40 of it is sugar. In fact studies have shown that sugar is actually more addictive than crack. Hence the order of 2 big mac meals - Supersized of course, and a Diet Coke. It made me sad and angry all at the same time to see how people just flocked to eat and drink the garbage. I got in excellent shape, and stayed away from the Mcdonalds. ![]() That is probably the best beginner workout book on the market, in my opinion. If you stick to it, and do exactly what he lays out in the book, you will see results. I gained 35 pounds. The only reason I didnt gain more is because I sometimes swam between classes and walked all over campus daily. My wife and I took a picture for Christmas and when I saw it I realized that I needed to do something about my health. I had to step up, and get these disciplines down before I went to critical mass. I have used all of them at some point, and have looked at many others. These are the ones that I deem as the most honest and trustworthy. They offer results and if you follow the program you will get them.
